Meyer & Company has its roots in mid-1980s Sequim, when Steve and Kim Mishko purchased Lyle Stumbaugh’s accounting firm. Their office was located in the old Red Ranch building on Washington Street. They operated as Mishko & Mishko, and later as Kim Mishko & Associates. Their first employee was Corey Meyer’s grandmother, Mayme Faulk. Corey began working there in 2006 and bought the firm in 2013.

  • Corey Meyer, CPA

    Corey is the principal CPA and co-owner of Meyer & Company CPAs.

  • Rachel Meyer, CPA, MST

    In addition to being co-owner of the firm Rachel is a CPA with a master’s degree in taxation. She specializes in the taxation of trusts and estates, providing expert guidance to clients navigating these complex tax matters. With experience in tax planning and compliance, Rachel is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

  • Beth Ann Paul, EA

    With several years of tax preparation experience, Beth Ann is a newly Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS. She specializes in business tax returns as well as individuals.

  • Kate Austin, EA

    Kate is an Enrolled Agent with fifteen years experience preparing complex individual returns.  She thrives on making the tax return process an educational and positive experience for each client.   

  • Shannon Shaffer

    Shannon enjoys working with clients through the entire financial cycle, from bookkeeping to tax preparation. With lifelong exposure to the accounting world, she has a natural affinity for the field.

  • Dawn Thomas

    Dawn is a bookkeeper at Meyer & Company CPAs who supports clients with payroll, quarterly filings, and general bookkeeping needs. With 3 years of construction bookkeeping experience and many years of experience running her own service business, she brings a valuable business-owner perspective to her client work.

    The newest member of our team, Sam is training to prepare individual taxes, assist with bookkeeping, and working with Rachel to become fluent in Estates & Trusts.

    With extensive experience fending off UPS trucks and postal workers, Lily keeps all of our clients safe and protected. She loves to sniff and run, but don’t be fooled! She holds a lot of love for all of our clients and staff members, especially those with treats!
